Quotes and coverage

Information on this site is general and is not a binding offer. Bond quotes are subject to underwriting approval by the surety company. No bond is in force until it is issued by the surety and any required premium is paid.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program: TheBondAgent (Feintuch Insurance LLC) customer care and bond service messages.

What you’ll receive: If you check the SMS consent box on our forms or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive text messages from TheBondAgent at the number you provided about your quote requests, bond applications, documents needed, renewals, and account service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency: Message frequency varies.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
